Troop Crests Originally Troop Crests identified a Troop. With the growth of the Girl Scout movement troop identification became troop numbers. But Troops still use Troop Crests today as a symbol for the Troop's goal, interest or character. A crest is voted on by all Troop members and used for the life of the Troop. Troop crests are worn by Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassador Girl Scouts. |
